Some forms contain health, criminal-record, payroll, tax, identity, or banking information. Restricted documents must be handled securely and filed only in the correct personnel, restricted background, or confidential health file.
This is the master process. A new employee moves from pre-hire clearance to active employee only after all required controls are complete.
