Confidentiality of Health Information
In accordance with applicable Virginia requirements and applicable federal and state law, Harbor Home Healthcare maintains confidential treatment of all client medical and financial records. Access to client records is restricted to authorized personnel involved in the client's care.
Website Forms and Security
Public website forms collect the contact details and information you choose to provide so Harbor can respond to your inquiry or feedback. Pages use HTTPS for transmission. Do not include Social Security numbers, banking details, insurance identifiers or detailed medical records in an initial public inquiry. Contact Harbor to arrange an appropriate way to share care information.
Address suggestions and external services
The address checker uses Geoapify to suggest addresses as you type. The text entered in the address-suggestion field is sent to Geoapify to return suggestions. Do not enter private care details in that field. See Geoapify’s privacy policy.
Job applications, staff training and payroll links may open external services, including Connecteam, CareAcademy and QuickBooks Workforce. Those providers have their own privacy notices and account terms.
Cookies and Analytics
Necessary cookies support basic functions and save privacy choices. Use Cookie Settings to review optional categories. Selecting a category does not mean that every technology described is currently in use.
Questions about records and retention
Contact Harbor about access to information you have provided, record-retention practices, or requests to correct your information. Requirements may differ for care records, employment records and general website inquiries.
